The petitioner herein is under investigation in Cr.No.1266 of 2021 on the complaint given by one Kesavan for the alleged misappropriation of Rs.39,00,000/-.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation found in the complaint is utterly false, the petitioner never worked under the complainant and the money which has been received through bank transfers or the money which the petitioner is entitled in the course of the business.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complainant alleges that the cell phone and account details entrusted to the petitioner on faith and believe been misused to siphon out Rs.39,00,000/- on various occasions. The matter involves bank transaction and other material, within one month period, the investigation will be completed.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has 2/4
produced all records to show the money transferred into his account was done bonafidely and not with intention of cheating.
5. If it is so, the petitioner shall produce all the documents to the Investigating Officer for his consideration. If any such material is placed by the petitioner/accused, Investigating Officer shall consider it appropriately and decide.
6. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
