ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present habeas corpus petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's son namely Hariharan S/o. Ramadoss, aged about 25 years before this Court and set him at liberty. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that the jurisdictional Police registered a case in Crime No.190/2024. The son of the petitioner is aged about 25 years and a 'man missing' case has been registered.

This being the factum, the Police shall investigate the matter and on identification inform the same to the petitioner or to her relatives. However, we do not find any reason to entertain this habeas corpus petition as it will not serve any purpose.
