Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

2.Seeking for a direction to permit the petitioner to generate C Forms on the ground that they are not in arrears, the petitioner would place reliance on the order passed by the Appellate Assistant Commissioner (CT) on 08.07.2015 in Appeal No.43/PVAT/2014-15/AAC and would submit that they are not in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

arrears. In this regard, representations have been given by the petitioner to the respondents on 28.09.2015 and to the Commissioner (CT) on 04.11.2015 and 09.02.2016 . 3.In the light of the above fact there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 28.09.2015 forthwith as to the submission made by the petitioner that as on date they are not in arrears of the Sales Tax and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
