Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in D.No.1308/2013, dated 23.08.2013 and quash the same as illegal and directing the respondents to grant the petitioner 5% personal pay from 01.10.2002 as per order passed in W.P.No.8818 of 2008 dated 13.10.2009 and as per proceedings of the Government dated 10.09.2010, and as per order passed in W.P.Nos.14350 of 2012 dated 16.07.2013, 5480 of 2011 dated 18.07.2013 and 13567 of 2013 dated 29.08.2013 and further directing the respondents to release the pension without any re-fixation and recovery within a time stipulated by this Court.
