..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2015 seeking to measure the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.280/1, Harichandrapuram village, Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims that he is the owner of 8 1⁄2 cents of land comprised in S.No.280/1, Harichandrapuram Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District by way of succession and she made a representation to the 1st respondent on 24.08.2015 stating that since there is a land dispute, she has given the representation to the Tahsildar, seeking for measurement of her land and since the Tahsildar, Tiruvallur, is not taking any steps to survey and measure the lands, she came forward to file the present writ petition. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents 2 and 3 along with a copy of this order as well as the copy of her earlier representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents 2 and 3, on receipt of the same, are directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law, after putting on notice,the person/s concerned and pass orders within a further period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner, as well as to the person/s concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
