Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent in his proceedings No.2345/Ci.Pa.1/2013 dated 19.6.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondent to confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.C.Vediappan for M/s.C.S.Associates For Respondent : Ms.A.Sri Jayanthi, Special Government Pleader.

The order of transfer issued by the respondent, transferring the writ petitioner from Dharmapuri to Salem in proceedings dated 19.6.2013, is under challenge in this writ petition.
2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, states that during the pendency of the writ petition, again the writ petitioner was retained at Dharmapuri on 5.7.2013. Thus, the cause aroused for challenging the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
impugned order of transfer became vanished and the writ petition stands closed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
