Further, Mediation was conducted and MOU was filed before this Court.

2. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court is cancelled. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Further, the 4th respondent police is directed to take steps as per manner known to law.
