Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.16606 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.V.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16606 of 2021 on 09.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 09.09.2021.
