Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.V.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR [PONDICHERRY]on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16585 of 2021 on 13.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 13.09.2021.
