Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 CPC, praying for a Judgment and Decree of: (a) directing the defendants to repay a sum of Rs.1,19,35,000/- of which Rs.77,50,000/- being the principle amount and Rs.41,85,000/- being the interest from 01.07.1999 at the rate of 18% per annum. (b) direct the defendants to pay the future interest at the rate of 24% p.a., for the principle amount.

(c) to pass any suitable order that may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.

(d) for costs of the suit.
