Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the wife of the 1st petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.309 of 2022 and thereafter, settlement was arrived between the defacto complainant and the family members. Thereby, the defacto complainant has withdrawn the complaint and therefore, the enquiry has been closed. He would also submit that there is no apprehension of arrest.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
