Prayer: This Original Petition filed under Sections 3, 7 to 10 & 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 r/w Order XXI Rules 2 & 3 of OS Rules Clause XVII of Letter Patent Act, (a) grant custody of minors to the petitioner herein; and (b) appoint the petitioner as guardian of the persons of the minors viz., Minor.Anushri and Minor Aneesh.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Original Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected A.No.5416 of 2023 is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
