ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 28.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8811 of 2015, thereby directing the second respondent to restore the revenue records in the name of the petitioners in the lands comprised in Survey Nos.186/1 and 189 and issue patta to the petitioners within a period of six weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 28.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8811 of 2015 has been complied with. He also produced a copy of the Government order in G.O.Ms.No.440, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Urban Land Ceiling Wing, ULC - I(1) Section, dated 22.10.2024 before this Court. 3.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
