This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition of this Hon'ble Court passed in Crl.M.P.No.8848 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13942 of 2022 order dated 11.07.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"each of the petitioners is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only) each to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority" and the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below as ordered by this Court is extended till 23.09.2022".
