This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.08.2021.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent on 06.08.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3.In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
