This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5442 of in Crl.O.P.No.4677 of 2022 on 25.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of investigation and filing final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
