JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., When the matter was listed on 14.09.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and thereby, the matter was directed to be posted on 21.09.2022. On that day, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted today. Today also i.e., 29.09.2022, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.It is also stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the contraband involved is 400.700 kgs which is a commercial quantity and that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.107 of 2021 before the learned I Additional Special Judge, NDPS Act Cases, Chennai.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
