The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 21.06.2023 is sought to be modified.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is scrupulously complying the condition and the investigation is yet to be completed.

3. Hence the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police as and when required.
