The petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appeal before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10:30AM for a period of twelve weeks imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14151 of 2024, dated 19.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every 1st working day of English Calendar month for 3 months.
