This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17227 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.177 of 2024 before the Magistrate concerned, and to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order copy.
