ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to remove the encroachment in Survey Nos.289/2, 290/2, 440/2 of Nalla Goundampalayam Village, Namakkal District and erect survey stones on the width of the same by considering his representation dated 16.11.2009 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the submission of the representation by the petitioner, the encroachment said to have been made by the third parties, has been removed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission so made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
