ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the punishment imposed against the petitioner did not affect his pension and subsequently, he was also promoted and retired from service long back. It is also seen that the petitioner was aged about 56 years at the time of filing Original Application of the year 2003. Therefore, in view of long passage of time, in my view, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Thus, on this score, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
