Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.ABDUL RAHIMON, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdraw.
