To extend the time for the petitioner to deposit the said amount before the lower court in pursuance with order dated 05.06.2026 made in Crl.RC.No.906 of 2026.

CRL RC No. 906 of 2026 To call for the records pertaining to the order dt. 08.12.2025 made in C.A.No. 50/2024 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi and set aside the same and by confirming the order dt. 17.05.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukovilur in C.C.No. 255/2019 and acquit the petitioner and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition is filed to extend the time for the petitioner to comply with the order of the lower court dated 05.06.2026. He further submitted that on the next date fixed his client will make compliance of the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 05.06.2026 by depositing 30% of the remaining cheque amount before the trial court.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Accordingly, one last opportunity of ten days time from today is granted to the petitioner to make compliance of the order dated 05.06.2026.

4. In case of failure to deposit 30% of the remaining cheque amount before the trial court by the petitioner, this petition will be automatically dismissed and accordingly decided.
