This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 20.07.2021 passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P.No.1499 of 2021 Cont.P.No.857 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to receive the original documents from the Registry in C.S.No.212 of 2017 and get expert opinion within a period of six week and to file a final report in Crime No.68 of 2020, with a period of four weeks thereafter. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent after getting the expert opinion, completed the investigation in Crime No.68 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB & CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai, on 07.06.2022. 3.
