ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The prayer made by the petitioner before the Special Court under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 in the petition filed under Section 207 Cr.P.C., is to peruse and access the electronic records produced before the Court, which application came to be allowed by the Special Court through an order dated 13.11.2024. In the said order, the Special Court had permitted the petitioner to peruse and access the electronic records in Sl.Nos.1 to 23, which is precisely the prayer sought for by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner requires the copies of the documents in Sl.Nos.1 to 23, which was not in the prayer before the Special Court. While that being so, we fail to understand as to how he can now improve the scope of the prayer in the petition under Section 207 Cr.P.C.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
