Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to hold / conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner representation dated 06.07.2021 and to cancel the illegal registration done by the respondents 3 to 5 before the second respondent office insofar as Koovathur Village survey No.297/2A to the extent of 32.11 cents within the time framed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to hold / conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner representation dated 06.07.2021 and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cancel the illegal registration done by the respondents 3 to 5 before the second respondent office insofar as Koovathur Village survey No.297/2A to the extent of 32.11 cents within the time framed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 06.07.2021 and after issuance of notice to the respondents 3 to 5 and giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
