PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the third respondent to delete the petitioner name on the fifth respondent false complaint pending on his file, consequently direct the fourth respondent to provide the adequate police protection to the petitioner's family members against the fifth respondent and her associates.

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to delete the petitioner's name on the fifth respondent false complaint pending on his file, consequently direct the fourth respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's family members from the fifth respondent and her associates.
2. The petitioner's name was falsely included in the fifth Page No.2 of 4
respondent's complaint and he sent a representation on 26.10.2021 to delete his name in the said complaint. However, no action has been taken and hence the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner made a representation on 26.10.2021 and later appeared before the third respondent and gave a letter stating that the dispute between them only with regard to money transaction, which is civil in nature and he would approach the Civil Court seeking his redressal.
