Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2021and not to change the location of the shop from the existing place, shop No.3846, in R.S.No.

Satish Kumar for R1 to R3 and Mr.D.Ravichander for R4 the learned counsel for the respondents submit that appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation. Recording the same the writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass appropriate orders and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending consideration of the representation of the petitioner, the respondents shall maintain status-quo as on date.
