This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 225 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Despite the receipt of notice, the respondents No.1 to 3 neither appeared nor represented through their counsel.

4.The petitioner would aver that he is not in a position to trace out the postal envelope in which the certified copy was sent by the learned Commissioner.

Hence, the delay of 225 days occurred.

5.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 225 days is hereby condoned.
