This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent herein not to harass the Petitioners herein on the alleged police complaint dated 15.10.2021 against the 1st Petitioner lodged by Mr.B.Premanand on the guise of enquiry.

2. The contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is that on the pretext of conducting enquiry on the complaint given by one Premanand, on 15.10.2021, the respondent police is harassing the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Premanand, CSR has been assigned in CSR. No.148/2021 and both the petiitoner and the counter complainant were called for enquiry and on conducting the enquiry, the complaint has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed on 22.10.2021 and the closure report has been furnished to both the parties. He further submitted that there is no petition pending as on date against the petitioner.
