Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 10.8.2015 for issuance community certificates to the petitioner's daughter Vivithashree and her son Kaushtabh that they belong to the Konda Reddis Community (Scheduled Tribe).

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) Heard Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Prathapkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for respondents 1 and 2.

2. This Writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 10.08.2015 filed by the Petitioner as regards issuance of community certificate to her children viz., Vivithashree and Kaushtabh.

3. It is seen that earlier the petitioner approached this court by way of Writ Petition No.774 of 2014, wherein, by order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 20.02.2014, a Division Bench of this court, set aside the earlier order of the respondent dated 25.04.2013 with a direction to reconsider the claim of the petitioner seeking community certificate to the petitioner's children.

4. Thereafter, the petitioner filed representations dated 11.04.2014 and 12.08.2014 and appeal dated 10.08.2015 seeking issuance of community certificate to her children.

5. Considering the above averments, we direct the respondents/authorities to do proper verification with regard to issuance of community certificate sought for by the petitioner and pass necessary orders within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
