The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent address has been wrongly mentioned in the affidavit filed by the petitioner as "The Thasildar, Tiruvannamalai" instead of "The Thasildar, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District". Hence, the same may be corrected in the order dated 11.11.2021 made in W.P.No.23705 of 2019 in Para No.2.

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.2 of the order dated 11.11.2021 in W.P.No.23705 of 2019, reads as follows :

"Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent viz., The Thasildar, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, is directed to consider the representation dated 12.04.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order".

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and re-issue copy of the order.
