This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8346 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9526 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
