This petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner, his family members and his assets (Oil mill & Godown) at Nethimedu, Salem in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2024

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition. She also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3.Recording the submissions and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
