ORDER
In the impugned order passed by the second respondent, the punishment of reduction in pay by three stages for three years imposed against the petitioner was modified into that of reduction in pay by two stages for two years. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed O.A.No.1358 of 2003 before the Tribunal and on abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and re-numbered as W.P.No.16623 of 2007.

2. It is seen that at that of time of filing Original Application of the year 2003, the petitioner was aged about 51 years. Thus, due to passage of time, in my view, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, on this score, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
