This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11572 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
