ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition and at the stage of admission, the Board of Trustees unanimously passed a resolution on 29.07.2024 in favour of the 3rd respondent. Challenging the said resolution, the petitioner has filed a separate writ petition. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
