This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that based on the petitioner's complaint respondent police issued CSR. No.326 of 2021. Thereafter conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 13.10.2021. 3.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
