Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2021 seeking to include the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.349/9A having an extent of 0.26 cents in the petitioner's patta No.511, Chetteri Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2021 seeking to include the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.349/9A having an extent of 0.26 cents in the petitioner's patta No.511, Chetteri Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2021, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
