This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that on a complaint, the first petitioner was enquired by one Mr.Prabhu, the respondent Police on 10.10.2021. Thereafter, the 2nd and 3rd petitioners were also enquired. He further submitted that the said Mr. Prabhu enquired about one Usha, and even though he informed that he did not know about her, he continuously harassed them.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that there is no person by name Mr.Prabhu, in the respondent Police Station and he further submits that there is no complaint against the petitioners.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
