PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.6260 of 2021 / M1 dated 20.09.2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to to set aside the order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.6260 of 2021 / M1 dated 20.09.2021.

2.When the case came up for hearing on 13.06.2022, the case was posted to hear the arguments of the learned counsel for the second respondent/defacto complainant on 20.06.2022. 3.When the case came up for hearing today (i.e on 20.06.2022), the learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the proceedings of the subsequent Revenue Divisional Officer who had taken charge of Revenue Division, Namakkal, as per the proceedings of the present Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal in Na.Ka.6260 of 2021 / M1 dated 17.06.2022, has ordered that both the parties shall approach the District Munsif Court, Rasipuram for appropriate relief. Therefore, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seek to close this Criminal Original petition. Based on the subsequent development, on the basis of the order passed by the successor Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal directing both the parties to approach the Court of the learned District Munsif, Rasipuram, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
