The Investigating Officer found that it is a 'Mistake of Facts' and today, Referred Charge Sheet filed through e-filing before the Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to serve RCS notice to the defacto complainant to enable him to proceed further as per law.
