In any event, as the petitioners' applications have not been received by the respondent, without going into the merits of the cases as projected by the petitioners, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent to receive the petitioners' applications dated 20.7.2016, consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
