JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Rajeshh Kumarr, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr.D.Gopinathan, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3.

2. This Court had referred the matter for mediation under order dated 18.12.2023. The parties had appeared before the learned Mediator. Before the learned Mediator, the joint compromise memo is filed by the appellant and the first respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant and the first respondent are present. They admit their signatures on the compromise memo, so also, the signatures of their respective clients. The same appears to have been verified before the learned Mediator.

4. The writ appeal, as such, is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo entered into between the appellant and the first respondent.

5. As far as the respondents 2 and 3 are concerned, the appeal stands disposed of, without any order against them.

6. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.21565 of 2023 is closed.
