C.M.P.Nos.19691 and 19692 of 2023 in S.A.No.80 of 2014 R.KALAIMATHI, J., These petitions are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant as Appellants 1 to 5 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsels for both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, both petitions are allowed.
