This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.07.2019 in W.P.No.17064 of 2019 by the respondent.

2. On 01.12.2023, this Court directed to post this matter before the Mediation Centre and directed the parties to appear for Mediation on 11.12.2023.

3. Today, during the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the issue is settled and no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
