ORDER
Challenging the impugned docket order passed in I.A.SR.No.23040 of 2023 in RLTOP No.745 of 2022 passed by the learned XVI Small Causes Judge, Chennai, the Revision Petitioner/tenant preferred this Civil Revision Petition.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for Revision Petitioner as well as Respondent appeared. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner/tenant submitted an undertaking affidavit and accordingly, he prayed to grant 11 months time to vacate the premises from 01.12.2023. For that, the respondent/landlord's counsel also consented. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and time is granted to the Revision Petitioner/tenant to vacate the premises and hand over the possession for the period of 11 months from today. The Revision Petitioner/tenant is directed to hand over premises on or before 31.10.2024. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
