R.S.No.103/1, 91/1, measuring to an extent of 20 acres, situated at Vijayamangalam, Moongilpalayam Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District by considering petitioner's representations dated 23.06.2025 and to pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed, to direct the respondents to provide permission and adequate police protection to the petitioner for convene Tamilaga Needhi Katchi Inauguration and Policy Demonstration Function to be held on 20.07.2025 between 4.00 P.M to 9.00 P.M. at the Patta Land in R.S.No.103/1, 91/1, measuring to an extent of 20 acres, situated at Vijayamangalam, Moongilpalayam Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025.
2. A representation was made by the petitioner's political party on 23.06.2025.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the representation will be considered and the site will be inspected and due permission will be granted in advance and the same will be intimated to the petitioner.
4. In view thereof, unless there exists any other impediment, either with reference to the location or any other lawful ground, the representation shall be considered by the 1st respondent, and appropriate orders shall be passed on or before 14.07.2025. While granting permission, the 1st respondent shall also impose conditions to the effect that, during the program, the petitioner's political party shall refrain from using single-use plastic items, shall properly maintain the premises, and shall ensure proper disposal of solid waste generated at the venue, in addition to complying with all other usual conditions. The parties shall act on the website uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy.
