O R D E R

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 127 days in re-presenting the Appeal Suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.M.P.No.17627 of 2025 the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 08.08.2025.
